Dr. Heather Lawson
Dr. Heather Lawson completed her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. She subsequently went on to complete her residency in the Department of Family Medicine at Baptist Hospital in Montgomery, AL. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. Over the past 14 years, Dr. Lawson has become experienced in Emergency and Aesthetic Medicine. She has had extensive training in many forms of injectables and aesthetic procedures including Xeomin, Botox, Dysport, Tear Trough Filler (undereyes), Liquid Facelift, PDO Thread Lift, Dermal Fillers, Mesotherapy, IPL, PRP, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, Sermorelin Therapy, Semaglutide weight loss and Other Anti-Aging Treatments. This training includes hands-on experience with some of the top aesthetic doctors in the country, where she learned the most up to date skills and techniques. She is experienced and skilled with the Microcannula Technique that reduces complications such as bruising, edema, and vascular occlusion that occur more frequently with the use of sharp needles. Her training and experience have allowed her to help many patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. She has brought her broad knowledge and skills to Tallassee and Downtown Montgomery, where she is the Medical Director/Owner of Lawson Aesthetics & Medspa.
Brittney Brasington, RN
Brittney is a highly skilled registered nurse who has fifteen years of experience in Dermatology and Aesthetics. She completed the Institute of Dermed’s Medical Aesthetics course in 2012 certifying her in various strengths of peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and microdermabrasion. She holds certifications from the American Society of Laser Medicine & Surgery, Viora, Cartessa, SkinPen and numerous peel companies. She has also completed advanced bio-identical hormone therapy courses alongside Dr. Lawson. Brittney has a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge in the latest cosmetic procedures and works closely with Dr. Heather Lawson to ensure all clients/patients have access to cutting edge technologies. Along with being a Skin Care Specialist, Glytone Trainer, and business consultant, she is also our office manager. After years of offering patient care as a nurse, she decided to further her career and pursue her Nurse Practitioner degree. She is excited to have the opportunity to assist Dr. Lawson as a provider in the future. With her expertise and experience, she has strived to help make our practice the perfect place to have your aesthetics and wellness goals obtained. Dr. Lawson and Brittney work hard to make the practice an inviting, down to earth place where you can feel comfortable. It is their goal to give you the best results and experience possible.
BRITTON SANSONE, LPN
Britton is a Licensed Practical Nurse. A native of Montgomery, Britton received her nursing degree at Central Carolina Technical College in Sumter, South Carolina. While a student, she was nominated by Nursing School faculty to serve on the Faculty Advisory Board to represent the interests of students. Since earning her degree, Britton has been employed in the dermatological field in both South Carolina and then Alabama after returning to her hometown in 2013. She has over 15 years of experience in dermatology and skin care. Britton‘s past experience has included training on the Palomar Pulsed-Light system, Silk Peel Dermal Infusion, and SkinCeuticals Professional treatments. She has a passion for skin care and takes pride in caring for patients, resulting in formal recognition from physicians, pharmaceutical representatives, and patients alike. Currently Britton provides Laser hair removal services, and assists Dr. Lawson with weight management, and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. In her free time, Britton enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, and their three beautiful daughters.
Brittany ALBRITTON, RN
Brittany plays many roles in our practice, she assists with procedures as well as preforming all the skin rejuvenation procedures in the office. She is extensively trained and has been working in aesthetics and skin care for over 5 years.
It is her passion to help her patients reach their aesthetic goals and enjoys seeing the progress they make through the process of skin rejuvenation. As well as helping her long term patients maintain their healthy beautiful skin. She preforms many procedures in our office including microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and nanofacials. .
Jennifer Wilson, NP
Jennifer Wilson is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience in the medical field. After spending three years as a pharmacy technician following her high school graduation, she earned an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Wallace Community College in 1997, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Auburn University Montgomery in 2004, a Master of Science degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from the University of South Alabama in 2007, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Troy University in 2013.
A lifelong learner, Jen went on to obtain her Legal Nurse Consultant certification from Auburn University, a Certificate of Obesity Management in Primary Care from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has completed several courses in advanced hormone management. She works as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a nursing professor.
Jen’s background in critical care and primary care has given her the skills and experience to provide excellent care to her patients. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations, holding officer positions in several. She is also a member of the Junior League of Montgomery and enjoys giving back to the community. Jen has a passion for helping people feel and look their best.
Kaylin wilson
Kaylin plays a major part of our Lawson Lady Gang as our beloved patient concierge + coordinator. Her goal is to eventually obtain her Esthetician License because she loves helping women feel beautiful inside and out.
Kaylin’s from the quaint town of New Site, AL and loves spending time with her dog, Trigger.
CONLEIGH GILMORE
Conleigh Gilmore is a graduate of Troy University and Lurleen B. Wallace Community College. Though her career in skin began in 2016 as a contact artist for jane iredale, her career as a Licensed Esthetician began in August of 2020- here at Lawson Aesthetics. Conleigh has a passion for helping people feel good in their skin, & chase their dreams. If you have glowing skin as one of your goals Conleigh’s results-driven approach is exactly what you need. Offering services for chemical peels, microneedling, Virtue FR, & the CoolPeel Queen! Conleigh is well-equipped to serve up a comprehensive treatment plan for her patients.
Conleigh is the owner of Iconic Upgrades, a sunless tanning company she founded in 2019. Her team now serves spray tans in the Montgomery area & Iconic can be found at Lawson Aesthetics- we would love get get you glowing.
Heather Reddell

After graduating Esthetician school and being in the industry for a few years, I wanted to further my education and start a new opportunity of growth for myself and became certified in permanent makeup. Rachelle Alumbaugh
Rachelle has serviced in the aesthetics and beauty industry since 1994! In that time she owned and operated her own salon and spa, with 3 locations and a staff of 30+ women since 2001 and sold it all just 2 years ago.
She since opened another medspa with a partner that runs it full time in Idaho and she travels back monthly.
Her favorite service at Lawson Aesthetics & Med Spa is, of course, Virtue and Cool Peel. Her favorite products are Jane Iredale makeup and UPNEEQ!
When she is not working, she spends time with her twin daughters who are 17 and her husband of 20 years, and they love to travel. Fun fact, she has a son who is almost 30 and 4 grandsons!!
