Our membership program is designed to provide consistent care and exclusive savings throughout the year. All memberships require a 12-month (one-year) commitment beginning on the enrollment date. By enrolling, members agree to maintain their membership for the full one-year term. Membership benefits are available only while the account remains active and in good standing.
