Dr. Heather Lawson
Dr. Heather Lawson completed her medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. She subsequently went on to complete her residency in the Department of Family Medicine at Baptist Hospital in Montgomery, AL. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. Over the past 14 years, Dr. Lawson has become experienced in Emergency and Aesthetic Medicine. She has had extensive training in many forms of injectables and aesthetic procedures including Xeomin, Botox, Dysport, Tear Trough Filler (undereyes), Liquid Facelift, PDO Thread Lift, Dermal Fillers, Mesotherapy, IPL, PRP, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, Sermorelin Therapy, Semaglutide weight loss and Other Anti-Aging Treatments. This training includes hands-on experience with some of the top aesthetic doctors in the country, where she learned the most up to date skills and techniques. She is experienced and skilled with the Microcannula Technique that reduces complications such as bruising, edema, and vascular occlusion that occur more frequently with the use of sharp needles. Her training and experience have allowed her to help many patients achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. She has brought her broad knowledge and skills to Tallassee and Downtown Montgomery, where she is the Medical Director/Owner of Lawson Aesthetics & Medspa.
BRITTON SANSONE, LPN
Britton is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 15 years of experience in dermatology and skincare. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, she earned her nursing degree from Central Carolina Technical College in Sumter, South Carolina. While in school, Britton was nominated by faculty to serve on the Faculty Advisory Board, where she represented student interests. Following graduation, Britton began her career in dermatology, working in both South Carolina and, after returning home in 2013, in Alabama. Her professional background includes training in the Palomar Pulsed-Light system, SilkPeel Dermal Infusion, and SkinCeuticals Professional treatments. Known for her passion for skincare and commitment to patient care, Britton has received recognition from physicians, pharmaceutical representatives, and patients alike. Currently, she specializes in laser hair removal, assisting Dr.Lawson with bio-identical hormone therapy, and weight loss management. Outside of work, Britton enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Tony, and their three beautiful daughters.
Brittany ALBRITTON, RN
Brittany Albritton is a skilled and compassionate aesthetics nurse with eight years of experience in the field and a total of ten years as a registered nurse. Her passion lies in helping clients feel the best version of themselves. Whether it's through rejuvenating skin treatments or helping with confidence-boosting aesthetic procedures, Brittany ensures each individual receives tailored services that prioritizes both care and results. Brittany is hands-on in various aspects of the clinic, offering support and expertise across the board. However, she has a particular soft spot for the weight loss and hormone optimization side of the practice. She finds it incredibly rewarding to guide clients through their transformative journeys, as she has gone through her own experience. She is a dedicated member of the team, who enjoys working collaboratively with each client to bring them an overall positive experience.
Outside of work Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband John, their cats, traveling, and spending quality with family and friends. Brittany and John are expecting their first child later this year and they are beyond excited about it.
Tyler Till, Nurse Practitioner
With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, Tyler brings a deep clinical foundation and a passion for patient care to the field of aesthetics. She began her nursing career in 2007 as a Registered Nurse, gaining extensive experience in high-acuity settings such as emergency medicine and radiation oncology. In 2014, she advanced her career by becoming a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, expanding her ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Over the years, Tyler developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine—a field where science, wellness, and artistry intersect. She now specializes in helping clients look and feel their best through personalized care. Known for her warm bedside manner and commitment to safety, Tyler values trust and open communication in every patient interaction. Whether she's balancing hormones or helping you build a health lifestyle her goal is always to deliver results that are both beautiful and empowering.
Outside of the clinic, Tyler is a devoted wife to Jonathan Till and proud mom to two wonderful girls. She and her family live in Fayetteville, Alabama, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active together. A true animal lover, she shares her home with two dogs and a bird—adding a little extra joy and personality to daily life. Whether she’s in the office or at home, Tyler brings warmth, kindness, and genuine care to everything she does.
Jessica Eads, Esthetician
Jessica is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin through personalized care and effective treatments. With a passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing education, Jessica specializes in custom facials, acne and anti-aging solutions, and chemical peels. Each treatment is tailored to meet individual skin goals in a welcoming, relaxing environment. When not in the treatment room, Jessica enjoys sitting outside by the pool spending quality time with family and friends.
