RADIESSE: RADIESSE® and RADIESSE® (+) are dermal fillers that are used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth). RADIESSE® is also used for correcting volume loss in the back of the hands.

DILUTED RADIESSE: When we Dilute Radiesse it works as a biostimulate to build collagen and elastin. Collagen and other skin components are lost as we age, so diluted Radiesse is able to bring back that youthful look by brightening skin, tightening, correcting fine lines and improving texture. This can be done in any area of the body that needs rejuvenation and tightening. The most common areas are the face, neck, chest, and extremities.

All Injectable Filler Procedures can cause swelling, bruising, tenderness, and can appear uneven following the procedure. Swelling is most common with lip filler and underuse filler, but can occur with all filler treatments. Bruising is also common with any filler treatment, but the risk is more if you drink alcohol, take certain medications, or have bleeding disorders. We do have supplements in the office available for purchase that help prevent and lessen these possible side effects. We recommend icing the treatment area off and on for short periods of time to help with swelling post procedure.

We always wait 14 days to do reevalutions, touch ups, or adding more product since it will take this length of time to start seeing full results and for the area to heal. Its affects will gradually diminish and it will not cause your lines to be more pronounced after it has worn off. In fact, it will soften severe lines with time, and prevent future lines in these areas as we age. Different filler last different amounts of time and also different amounts of time in different areas. We can discuss that during you consult.
